Order Form
  1. The present terms of sale apply to all our sales with exclusion of all other conditions emanating from the purchaser.
  2. To engage our company, any offer must be confirmed by a duly entitled second person of Phelect. Any order that has not been preceded by a written offer from us shall not bind us unless Phelect has agreed in writing. The establishment of a sending note and/or invoice will be worth order confirmation.
  3. The delivery costs will be charged to Phelect for any order whose amount is equal to or higher than 600 Euros excluding VAT. They are charged to the customer for any lower amount.
  4. Our company can request cash payment or payment in advance either at the order or at the delivery. Otherwise, all invoiced amounts are payable within 30 days after the invoice date. The granting of a discount is subject to prior written agreement.
  5. The repair or delivery periods are approximate and are given only on a purely informative basis. Under no circumstances, Phelect or the repairer could be held as responsible for delays of delivery and more particularly, Phelect could not be made responsible for delays caused by delays in the provisioning by its own suppliers.
  6. The goods always travel under the responsibility and to the risks of the purchaser, even if it is delivered free.
  7. To be taken into account, any complaint on the material, the sending note or the invoice must reach us, exclusively written, within the eight days from the expedition.
  8. The prices mentioned in our tariffs are without engagement and can be modified without preliminary note. The invoicing will be done according to the tariff conditions in force the day of the delivery.
  9. The non-payment of the invoice at the due date immediately involves the application of the moratorium interests to the rate of 15 % without preliminary injunction and the debiting as penalty clause of a fixed allowance equal to 10 % of the unpaid amount without the aforementioned fixed allowance being lower than 40 Euros.
  10. The non payment of an invoice in its term makes the balance due automatically payable on all other invoices even not fallen. The deliveries will then be automatically stopped without warning.
  11. The goods remain the property of Phelect until integral payment of the price including the interests and other amounts due. If after notification, the overdue amounts are not paid within 2 working days, Phelect reserves the right to proceed with the recovery of the material involved or the subscriptions interruption to the concerned service without further warning.
  12. Phelect only accepts the return of the goods after our beforehand writing agreement. This authorization does not imply any recognition of responsibility.
  13. Our products sold to business customers have a 1 year warranty.
  14. Concerning the system of tachographs exchange, the shells will only be credited after approval by Phelect and that if they are returned to us within the 30 days end of the month from the delivery date.
  15. Under no pretext Phelect can be held with direct and indirect damages for defects, defects of the material or consequences and damages to the goods and the people, resulting from the use of the sold products. The amount of any damages will in all case be limited to the amount of the invoiced product.
  16. For bills of less than € 30 excluding VAT, administration fee of € 10 plus VAT will be charged extra.
  17. The invalidity or unenforceability of one of the clauses of these terms of sale can not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses
  18. In case of dispute between the parts, only the courts of the district of Verviers (Belgium) are qualified.
  19. These terms of sale are available in English for information purpose only. In case of discrepancy, only the terms of sale in French will be valid.
Within the context of kilometre charging in Belgium, the OBU (On Board Unit) is supplied with a cigarette lighter power cable.
It is strongly advised to carry out the fixed installation of the device to rely on a more reliable, professional and continuous power supply, and to benefit from the following advantages:
  • enhanced user comfort thanks to the OBU switching on and off automatically when the vehicle's ignition is switched on and off;
  • increased safety thanks fewer user operations and the absence of cables in the cab;
  • more reliable power supply helping to comply with the obligation that the OBU must be powered as soon as the vehicle is travelling on the road in Belgium (including roads that are not subject to tolls);
  • fixed installation is strongly advised on ADR vehicles (mandatory removal of the OBU's battery).
In this case, the following products may help you:

1) Installation kit for the Satellic OBU EH460

This kit is made up of:
  • a 3 m cable (ADR/GGVS certified) with an OBU connector,
  • a 30 cm protective sleeve to protect the cable between the point it leaves the dashboard and the OBU fitted to bottom of the vehicle's wind screen,
  • the printed installation instructions , see a copy here.
This kit has been developed specifically with a very high quality cable. It is manufactured and assembled in Europe. The cable carries an official marking proving its quality by indicating the manufacturer, quality standard met and the certifying body.

Even if you don't yet have the OBU, it is possible to install the power cable in order to reduce vehicle downtime by combining it with other actions. Afterwards you simply order the OBU via the link www.satellic.be and position it later by following the specially prepared instructions for this purpose, available here.



2) Fuse holder and protection fuses EH469

This kit includes 2 fuse holders and 2 fuses since 2 fuses are needed to protect the OBU's power circuits.


3) Self gripping fixing kit for the Satellic OBU EH463

The OBU can be fitted to the vehicle's windscreen using the suction cups supplied with the OBU. For a more secure fixture, we have developed a fixing kit with professional self-adhesive strips. This kit includes a cleaning wipe.

We strongly recommend not to attach the OBU with double-sided adhesive strips because the effort taken to remove the OBU from the windscreen in this case may damage the device, and you will then be liable to lose the security deposit paid to Satellic when ordering.



4) Power supply tester for the Satellic OBU EH461

We have developed a power-supply tester for OBU's to quickly test the connection to + permanent (30) and + after ignition (15).


5) Positioning template for the Satellic OBU EH462


We have developed a positioning template that allows you to position the OBU correctly (horizontally),
easily and symmetrically between vehicles of the same type.
